If you notice the speakers have volume issues, such as no sound or low sound issues with your device speaker, then please try the following troubleshooting tips:
- Please double check if your phone is in silent mode and the volume settings.
- Check if your phone firmware is up to date from "Settings" > "System" > "Advanced".> "System Update".
- Make sure the issue is not caused from other side during the phone call, the issue can be due to low/bad network signal, issues on the other side of the call (e.g. your friends phone).
- Try to play a video on your device and check if the speaker is working fine, you can also narrow down the issue by testing it with an earphone. If you can hear the sound from the earphones while playing media and during the phone call, then the issue might be related to speaker.
