    Support responded quickly when I emailed from a new email address asking what their return policy is to assure me that I could return a purchase if I wanted to. But they won't respond to my repeated requests to return the phone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    I do not recommend doing business with this company, they do not care about customers after taking your money, they are irresponsible. Do not buy them, I will make my claim through Paypal

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY PHONE!
    The game runs terribly on PUBG, this is coming from someone who plays a bunch and is ACE/Conqueror every season.
    The phone does not run smooth and seems “forced.”
    What’s worse than the phone?
    Their Customer Service.
    It took a month for me to get a respond to return the phone.
    Now they are making up excuses of why I can’t return the phone. The phone was ABSOLUTET MINT condition when I sent it back. I even sent photos and recorded me packing the phone.
    Now I haven’t heard from them for weeks.
    Then they send me back someone else’s phone. FIRST THING THEY SAID, NO THATS YOUR PHONE. WTF MINE WAS RED YOU SENT A BLACK ONE?!

    NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR SHIPPING TO SEND THE USED PHONE TO ITS RIGHTFUL OWNER? UM HELLO YOUR MISTAKE?! WHERE IS MY PHONE OR REFUND?!

    They finally sent me return shipping instructions and made me pay for the return. USPS tracking shows it was delivered on Sept 19th but they keep telling me they haven't gotten it yet.
