Step 2: Select after-sale Type. You can select Return, Replacement, or Repair. Step 3: Fill in ""Reasons"" and other required messages, and submit. Step 4: We will send you an email and you need fullfill the tracking info. Step 5: Send over the product(s), and we will proccess your request ASAP. Please note: Self Service RMA is only applicable to devices purchased on Red Magic.gg. You will need to contact Red Magic Customer Support Team if you purchased your device from one of our official distributors.
