If there are Wi-Fi related issues such as can’t connect to Wi-Fi, weak/low signal or random disconnections then please try the following:
- Check settings
Make sure the Wi-Fi toggle switch is enabled, try to disable and enable again to see if it reconnects. (If toggle switch can not be activated, please check if there are any applications running in the background interfering with connectivity).
Restart the device and connect again to check if the issue persists.
- Check causes
Try to connect another device to the same Wi-Fi network. If the other devices also can’t connect to the network, then the issue is most likely on the router side.
Check whether or not your device can connect to another Wi-Fi network.
If your device connects to the network but doesn’t have internet access then the problem is most likely specific to internet connection.
- Confirm
Please confirm if you’re using the right password.
Delete and re-add the Wi-Fi network from settings to see if that helps.
Restart or reset the router settings and try again.
Note: Wi-Fi networks in public such as Cafés or Airports may have an authentication page that you must complete in order to use the network.
